Include the SKU for each color, expected roll quantities and any dimensions you require. If the quantity is not yet decided, give a project estimate. Ask whether a proposed mixed-color or trial order is possible instead of assuming a general minimum quantity applies to every product.

Discuss available sample formats, any fees and delivery arrangements. Review the matching technical and installation information with your team. For an unusual color effect or custom requirement, agree what reference will be used before confirming a production request.
Check the quotation details
